Mentor Network

The Mentor Network pairs university business and engineering students with executives of RBC companies, other partner companies, and community leaders who share career experiences and provide students with practical knowledge and insight into opportunities that exist in St. Louis. Students are hand-selected by their schools based on criteria that includes academic performance, leadership outside the classroom, and willingness to stay and work in St. Louis.
