2009/2010 Action Plan

The RBC supports the United Way of Greater St. Louis as a cost-effective and efficient way to support more than 200 health and social service organizations serving our region. Since 2001, the RBC has raised more than $50 million in contributions for the United Way. In 2005, the RBC reached a record high in giving and participation in the Alexis de Tocqueville Society, Charmaine Chapman Society and the Women’s Leadership Giving Initiative.

  • RBC’s Women’s Leadership Giving Initiative (WLGI) is a unique way to value the contributions of women, while increasing the diversity of donor involvement for the United Way. In 2005, more than 2,000 women in RBC-member companies contributed nearly $4 million to the United Way as a part of WLGI
