Benjamin Franklin said, ¡°A penny saved is a penny earned,¡± but is it not also true that a ¡°penny spent¡± can have great impact?

SMALL CHANGE ¨C BIG IMPACT is an initiative of the RBC¡¯s It¡¯s Our Region Fund to reach non-profits and community agencies in the St. Louis region that have difficultly funding small but important capital improvement projects.

SMALL CHANGE ¨C BIG IMPACT will provide funding for such projects in the $2,500-$20,000 range. The It¡¯s Our Region fund will distribute $50,000 each year with a matching gift of $50,000 from the Regional Business Council for a total distribution of $100,000 annually.

GRANT GUIDELINES
The fund will only support capital improvement projects, not general operating expenses for organizations. In no way will it duplicate efforts by organizations such as United Way, Regional Arts Commission, Arts & Education Council, etc. Each organization may submit one application per year. Organizations will submit before and after photos to show the impact of the grant.
